Looks like the ethnic troubles in Indonesia. Ethnic cleansing. It's not about what you did it's about what race you belong to.

EDIT: You can tell it is Indonesia because the pickup truck the victim is put in at the end had the markings of an Indonesian special police unit "Unit Perintis Sabhara".

The UPS probably only intervened because of the presence of international media film crew.

^^^Nobody gives a fuck about that shit in Indonesia, it's a Muslim country. Young girls get raped all the time and it's usually assumed it was their own fault, especially if they belong to the ethnic Chinese minority (non-Muslim).

During the 1998 Ethnic troubles in Jakarta many Chinese Indonesian citizens were abused, tortured and killed. Their houses and stores were looted and burnt while the Police stood idly by.

Hundreds of Chinese Indonesian girls/women (aged 10-55) were sexually harassed and gang raped brutally. Some victims were even raped in front of their family members or in front of inhuman cheering crowds. Some of them were even thrown into the fires and burnt to death after being raped. Yet, few actions were taken to investigate any of this or to help the victims and not very many people seem to know or care about what happened.

If it helps you justify or rationalize your reasons for watching people suffer, go right ahead and believe that he was a child rapist and deserved it, even though you are probably watching rapists chopping up an innocent man.
