I work with a malting company down here in Australia, and my boss pointed that slogan out to me once.

"Probably the best lager in the world"

Wouldn't you tend to think they would say they are the best? I mean, it's a slogan, it doesn't matter if it's not true, you just tell everyone your the best not:

"We're the best... probably." Hehe.

I don't know for the rest of the world, but over it's illigal to state that your the best at something when your not. You could get suewed by someone that's actually the best.
