Oh my god, this was deleted like 2 hours ago... First of all, Pavel made then posted this video and talked about himself in 3rd person in the description (this 18 year old is pretty strong huhuh).. the vanity in this is beyond beliefe.
Also it's a know fact that Jennifer and xdeadly are just his other avatars, on his first post of this, they both posted one after the other 1 minute after the other saying the EXACT same thing they've just posted here. Pavel is a fucking moron.. this is pathetic? how you could vote up a video of this douchebag lifting weights trying to impress anyone other then himself is beyond me.. get this shit off here, Pavel you're a fucking moron! I don't know why people are impressed by this his form is horrible. The brunt of his lift was momentum, and the other majority was being done by his shoulders, his actual biceps might have taken around 10-15% of the work, which isn't bad, but still no where near the 120 pounds he eledged to lift.

As for the bench press I severly doubt that was 160 pounds, the method inwhich he lowered the weight back onto the bar without any strain is fairly unlikely for that amount of weight, and also his breathing for it was very much off, so I'm guessing either they were holo weights or just not as much as was led on. Maybe it is real, I'm not saying its impossible or anything, just the way its performed ontop of his horrible form implies to me that its not the real amount.

full arm extensions are easier because once you lift the weight and bring it back all the way down, your arms are at a resting state. the way he did it was very impressive and harder because he brings it down 3/4 the way meaning he's holding 120 pounds up with his arms and not resting at all. obviously he is going to rock a bit because its hard to stay perfectly straight when your curling 120 pounds, its actually probably impossible for a kid his size. as for the bench press those didn't look like hollow weights, i have the same set at home, but proper breathing doesn't matter in this case because the way he was breathing made it even harder to bench press. he did everything the hard way so i give this a 5/5. practice your form and breathing and you'll be submitting "kid arm curls 160" within the next couple of weeks

This is pretty pathetic. The only guys that should be allowed to film themselves lifting are undeniable beasts, i.e. guys that bench 400+ and shoulder press 210+. This is not impressive at all; I can curl 75 lb. dumbbells and that still isn't impressive at all.

Exactly. The Armcurls were uglier than a two dollar whore.

I'm not saying he isn't strong. I'm just saying he can't arm curl that much. He can probably 100 with proper form.

Just for safety reasons it's important people know this.

Having poor form or "not completing your full range of motion" can reduce your arms or legs flexibility by A LOT.

When you see jacked up guys who's arms stick out partly folded, laugh at the mbecause thery did too much weight and their arms lost their flexibilty so they can never put their arms straight.


edit. Unless they stop weight lifting and start doing stretiching exercises while their muscle mass goes down a bit then they restart weight leifting properly.

Adam you clearly don't have a fucking clue what you're talking about.. doing curl's without going beyond 90 degree's is nothing, 90 degree's and up is the easy part.. your little concept of "getting to rest" doesn't make any sence, go lift a fucking weight for the first time in your life and you might get a clue you dumb ass fuck-stick.
