The Omen 2006 - Surprising Ending?

The ambassador of the US in the UK is trying to kill his adoptive son (who happens to be the son of the Devil) to save the world. But he is shot dead by the police before he can stab Damian (Damian is his son). But at his funeral Damian is held by the hand by a man who's face we cannot see. Just wait and hear who this man is.

if you understand anything about the "last days" or the antichrist, then this makes a lot of sense... even though the movie is way off base, its still pretty scary.

Supposedly the son of Satin comes to power and ends up ruling the world. This is forshadowing his early ties with running the goverment.
If you watched the first series of films, Damien becomes president. I guess this is how he became grommed for it.

I saw this in theaters and thought it was complete crap. The original Omen movies were far better. And its not much of a surprise ending. In this version, the dad happens to be the presidents nephew.
