Polar bears often pee on themselves during the frigid months of winter to keep themselves warmer. Which is why they also drink much more water then. The cubs dont need to learn to do that until they are much older and need to fend for themselves because their parents have pouches that the cubs rest in while they are still young. Inside the pouches are up to five nipples for the cubs to feed on while they are warm in their mother's pouch.

Rooyen08 = fucking bullshit. Don't say anything unless you know wtf you're talking about. The hairs reflect light, giving a polar bear its white coloration. Oxidation from the sun, or staining, can make the hairs look yellow or brown, and that has nothing to do with them PEEING ON THEMSELVES. You fucking liar.
