i would've had no music and no micky mouse. however the effects are pretty wicked, compare this scene to something awful like the hulk. i would've also made him throw his transforming body all around the room breaking shit up.

the music was actually very complimentary for the scene. first of all, it was blue moon, and there was a full blue moon in the scene and second of all, having such a sweet innocent song like that playing contrasted very well with the horrific transformation scene unfolding.

I totally agree with ummo.cc
...Some people are stupid, the director is not going to put a stereotypical death metal song into this morphing scene, otherwise it wouldn't be different from any other bullshit American horror movie you see. It's to make an interesting, almost humorous contrast and to normalise the whole scenario of where this character is based, his own living room.
