all these people are saying its bad because they are the ones who cant afford it lmfao or they are just xbox 360 homos... in my opinion it looks badass, its going to be badass, and its goign to be the best console out for a damn while.

Videogame consoles will not be better than PC's . That is so , because videogame console is a entertainment video game thingy and PC is personal computer used nowadays for most calculations , including creating videogames for entertainment video game thingies . -------> Console games will not be better than PC games .

looks interesting... I own a 360, and love it... while my roomate plans on being one of those UBER- NERDS who is going to be lined up to buy the PS3 when it comes out. I can't wait to do the side by side comparison on the systems. Should be cool

blu ray sucks, if you go to amazon.com and look at customer reviews of ANY blu ray products they get slammed hard. the HD DVD is five stars with a lot of positive reviews. Also, Steve Jobs (CEO of Apple) thinks the cell processor of PS3 is crap. You might wanna take Steve Jobs' advice on this one.

With game consoles this crappy how is Sony ever gonna even make it to PS9....

Yea. I used to be a fan of console gaming, until i figured out how terrible it actually was. One of my friends got me to convert to pc gaming, and trust me, it is 100 times better. PS3 and the 360 cant match graphics on a pc, especially when directx10 comes out, and the new generation of graphics cards come out for sale. Which, by the way, is almost right around the corner. Don't get me wrong, ps3 and the 360 are both good, if you want to go and buy the system and then have to buy a $1,000 high def tv to get full use out of it. For around a thousand dollars, you can make a kick-ass computer that can play games better than either of the next gen consoles. Computers are also a lot more versatile and your money is not just going into gaming, but internet and all the other computer stuff, you know what i mean. Anyway all you console boys can go have fun and waste your money.

rumble is a crap feature anyway.. drains the batteries on a wireless controller too fast.. i'd rather have that battery power go into 6 axis movement-control-delayed-production-to-pwn-the-wii thing..

I'm gonna wait a few months to see which is better.. 360 or ps3.. although for a while 360 may be better.. but then microsoft will cram the next one down consumer's throats when the ps3's core is used to full potential..

compare early ps2 games to later ones.. you'll see what everyone means..

How many people will have a ps3 in there pocket all day? If you dont want it scratched stick it in a unit and im sure they will have carry cases ect for people stupid enough to want to take it out.

I ain't the smartest guy in the world when it comes to computers/concoles, but why would it need a memory stick when it has a hard drive? Is that just for transfering saves from one ps3 to another or as he said just pictures n shit from ur comp. Nothing to do with evryday use of saving games.
