Hmmm... Beating a guy for pointing at you? Choking a guy for cutting in line? Murdering a person in cold blood and trying to cover it up for the cops? The only justified act he taught here was how to defend against a pick pocket. I'd kind of like to see him do this shit in real life. I can just picture him choking a guy in line at the bank on camera. Its not the dark ages anymore, and this stuff just doesn't fly anymore.

Although I'm sure most of this is a joke, as Bas seems to have a great sense of humour, this is hardly self defence should anyone take it seriously. This just looked like a bunch of stuff you'd see in a movie.

I do not doubt Bas Rutten's ability to fight, as he is no doubt good at it, but self defence and just fighting are two very different things. But then again you can't learn martial arts from videos or books alone anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter.

If you search the IFL fighters Joe Doerksen and Krzysztof Soszynski we all come from the same place, i'm not technically allowed to fight yet because i'm only 17 and your supposed to be 18 to fight. We all train at Mundruca Martial Arts in winnipeg, but yeah i'll post some pics for proof just for you!
