He can't hold an idea longer than 2 seconds! What a dolt. I don't think the founding fathers of US intended there to be only two real candidates for the job in each Election. That's why the Administrative branch is seperated from the Legislative, unlike the Commonwealth nations. It is too bad. Good idea, crappy implementation. I've watch like a hundred of these weird incidences on live TV where bush isn't talking, period. Not just stumbling over words, I'm talking plain ol' not even farking using words, period.

It was even worse 5 years ago. If more people watched live coverage of the guy without a script, they'd realize lack of articulation was only the tip of the iceburg.
