LOL!!! Why not just walk? Aren't you doing the same thing? With the difference that if you just walk you will look like an average person, whereas if you're on this thing you are looking like a complete idiot.

It's even slower than walking. I would buy this thing just so that I could catch up to my grandma.

Ahhh i could live off the irony in that advert for a month.

Interestingly though, it's not *that* silly of an idea once you get down to it. Transportation which uses wheels travel very quickly and can be ridden downhill. I'd wager that this thing goes faster than someone can run, although not as fast as a bike. Also would waste less energy because less work would be done against gravity than when jogging.... meh.
