Basically Kimbo would be no match for someone with some MMA background. He fought a cop by the name of Sean Gannon and lost, and Gannon wasn't well trained fighter. He was invited to the UFC after he fought Kimbo and lost. The video is up on the net and is worth a look.
I would love to see Kimbo fight Fedor or Mirko in a fight with all the kicks, knees, chokes and locks allowed.

The only reason Kimbo lost to Gannon was because he kept getting choked out.But if you saw Gannon's face in the close-up during the fight, his face was fucked up. Looked like something off of Star Trek or something.
