this has nothing to do with being flexible.

it's a medical condition known as hyperlaxi, where the ligaments in a person's joints are more flexible than normal and allow the joints to stretch more and move in directions that is not ordinary. in some cases it also allows the person to dislocate and relocate their joints willingly and without much or any pain.
