The boy is named Nawfel and this was shot in Montreux in 2000, with Ian Paice on the drums. Not that the boy is some kind super talent, but kinda cool that he could play with them.

I don't think from this video, he is skilled. Anyone can play Smoke On The Water. I don't even know how to play guitar and I can play it... Like the uploader said, it's cool that he's playing with them... Other than that, pure junk.
