I was going to post something exactly like this. I'm glad someone believes the samething. If I had something like that I would not have kids, I would just adopt other kids in need.

Abstinence is 100% effective birth control. If you were her though you could still get your tubes tied or something and have sex.

I feel bad for the people that get this stuff and espically for a kid growing up with it, but when they become an adult they need to not be so selfish.

she has every right to a family as any of you, and no she doesn't have to adopt.
If the children end up with it then it is her responsibility to teach them how to deal with it. Looks to me that they have a happy life. Oh and if you were to ask the kids , "hey would you rather have never lived or live with this joint disease." I'm pretty sure they would choose the latter.
