God Batman comes up with the lamest comments. The reason the death penalty is more expensive is purely because of the litigation costs and trial time, you don't go to the local court for cases where the death penalty is being considered. If the legal system and trial time didn't take so long it'd be much cheaper to execute, the actual lethal injection isn't costly. You're too prissy Bman, you'd make a fine member of the ACLU. You're not a PETA member by chance, are you?

Rehabilitating our sexual urges is not exactly possible. It's sad that peds are attracted to children but I guess it could be looked at as a *mutation* from an evolutionary viewpoint. Most, if not all harmful mutations never make it...

Pedophiles may be horrible and disgusting, but they are (most of the time) victems of circumstance that is out of their hands. Do you sentence someone to death because they have multiple personalities, or have a stockpiling obsession? or for that matter, is different then the "rest of us"?

I wont argue with you on the fact that Pedo's are a menace to society, but like everyone else they deserve a second chance, and if not that, atleast the oppertunity to correct their behaviour.

Oh and if you call me a Pedo lover and whatnot, fuck you. I've been abused by a pedophile myself when i was a kid. If I can be this forgiving, so can you.
