While I'm not 100 percent sure, I think the illusion involves twins. How they manage to disappear and reappear I don't know, but I think that's how it's done. I've seen a similar trick done, but not to this extent.

The earlier poster is right they wear layers of clothing.
clothes are tear away and made of light fabrics, velcro'd, or possibly taped together.

They do have a talent in their excellent display of choreography and timing.

velcro straps at the shoulder
each dress is longer

undo the velcro straps and it will unfold into the next dress covering the other dress

take a Closer look , at 1:53 , you can see someone moving inside that little cabin. where the women changed outfit a couple of times.
