But seriously, ^^@@Arizona Black@@^^, do you actually think that humans are naturally vegetarians? I happen to know that unless our evolutionary ancestors started eating meat, humans would never have come to exist. The complex proteins found only in the meat of animals were essential to our species brains developing to the size and structure they have today.

the size of our intestines tells us we are natural omnivores not vegetarians. Meat eaters have very short intestinal tracts compared to there body size because meat doesn't require as much work to digest. Vegetarians on the other hand have very long tracts because the plant materials take more to digest. Humans fall in the middle meaning our diet is supposed to consist of both meat and vegies.
