Ugh, you moron. The Thompson and the Tommy Gun are two different guns. The bodys are the same, but the tommy gun is the old style with a cylinder clip and other features. The Thompson M1A1 is different in other ways. That guy in the clip was using an M1A1.

the tommy gun is actually a nickname. the original name was just tompson but people( mainly the gangsters, maphia, ect) just called it the tommy gun cause it was a simpler name to go by. the one with the drum fed magazine is the older model while the military adopted the M1A1 model with the regular box magazine because it was cheaper
