I get a strange, morbid sense of satisfaction seeing this. Thats not a pimple , thats some type of cyst.I had a pilonidal on my tail bone. I swear the pain is cripling. I was so relieved they lanced that bitch and drained out the blood and puss. The smell was disgusting. But my ass felt better like 5 minutes after that shit. Hard to describe the feeling I had when they sliced my ass open, the lidocaine didn't work because the doctor just shot it into the puss, so I felt them cut a 2 inch incision into my flesh, and then they pulled it open with some hemostat looking object, and then squished it, then pulled it apart, and then squished it again. I was white as a sheet, and screaming like a girl but, it was worth it. this guy had it easy.
