There is a video on spiked that is way sicker than this one, same thing though. Someone had a cyst on their like back that was 5 times the size and squeezed out more...but this one had more charecter involved xD

In the Jackass DVD collection, there's the one dude with a whitehead on his nose, and it makes like a 6" long stream of goo. It's terrible. I'll never squeeze a zit again after seeing this.
