Not ALL dogs do that. Not even most of them. My dog has never done that. EVER. It's a dominance thing actually. If you show your dog that you're the fuckin boss, or that whoever is in contest for a position in the 'pack' with the dog (IE small children, women) is the boss of the dog... you won't have this problem.
