This not sound like a call from Microsoft support, I mean they always saying something like "Thanks you for choosing Microsoft" at the end of the call. But it's just my opinion

microsoft is one of the few companies that haven't outsourced their technical support to a foreign country yet. this was not a call from microsoft. but, believe me, I'm so sick of the fact that all computer software and hardware companies are outsourcing their t/s to other countries just to save a few bucks. you can't even understand the fuckers, and if you're lucky enough to get one that you can understand, it doesn't matter, none of them know what the fuck they're talking about!

when i had problems with my motherboard and crap i called the people... the guy was indian and i seriously could not understand a word he was saying. he said something like "can you tell me where the ribbon cables are connected" ... and i said they were connected to the hard drive, cd drive, and motherboard, and he got mad at me because apparently i wasnt supposed to tell him that, i was supposed to tell him if they were the right cables... sons of bitches...

^ I have to agree unfortunately.

My 360 cratered after 6 months, and they sent a box for it, and fixed/replaced it completely free, and it only took 'em about 10 days to do it, too! The wait time was long, but they were proper english speaking , and really helpful.
