Nice choreography. Unfortunately, it looks more like Tae-Bo than anything
useful. I am guessing she is also, or has been, a cheerleader. She seemed
very into her 'presentation'. However, there isn't much on a punch or kick
when they are thrown for speed to dazzle the audience as oppossed to
power for disabling/blocking an opponent.

Ive done a few martial arts over the years, and karate, especially when done like that, has no credibility. That was dancing as far as im concerned. All it lacked was a bikini, and a generic black rapper with bling.
