Important SpikedHumor Announcement

As we're all aware, the public has been submitting a lot of TV clips.

Now... for the most part, people come here to get away from television for a different scene.

"Extremely" entertaining TV clips are OK and tolerable for the majority; although, please pace yourself when posting TV-related content. I would suggest submitting no more than 1 TV clip per week.

Please help us out and save us all some time (and bandwidth) by limiting the amount of television-related material you're submitting, because either way we'll be moderating it from now on and focusing more on home videos and original content (mainly regarding video).

Also, please stop submitting typical porn. When submitting adult content, make sure of its quality and originality.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Hey, the likes of you, hahajohnnyb, Krisium, usnavyvet and the rest of the crazy wingnuts go before Jon Stewart & The Daily Show. It's one of the unwritten rules of Spiked Humor. Clips from the show only average about 5.00 MB anyway. As for some of the other bollocks that clogs up the public uploads....that's a different story.

An option which allows members to remove their uploads instantly from the review section, as well as the archives would make a lot of sense. At least create a section on the site where members can request future removals. I know for a fact there are a few uploads of mine that are total shit.

I think the TV clips are okay, but the full episode and full movie crap needs to stop. The Kazaa/Limewire porn sucks too. At least post clips of premium, high-quality, hard-to-find porn.

Some TV should be considered news though. I.E. Daily show, Crooks and Liars/Media matters news clips ect... I think these are important and should not be removed, especially since they are almost always voted high enough to make the main page.
