ooook I think I figured it out. White guy goes in. The microwave is divided into two parts: front and rear. It's tight. Reallllly tight but from watching it a few times I believe there's enough space for both men. The microwave interior is actually much shallower than the exterior. You can see it when the white guy enters.

So... black guy does his thing, and gets back inside, they switch again. Here's the tricky part. When the white guy comes out the top, the back compartment where the black guy is gets folded back just like the front panel.
