The artist's name is Julian Beecher. He is known for his sidewalk art throughout England, France, Germany, USA, Australia and Belgium. If viewed at the correct angle the drawings look three dimensional.
The drawing of the lady in the red swimsuit is also shown from the back to show what his sidewalk creations look like from the wrong angles.
