Listen to the end of it when the operator gets mad, and demands the customer allow him to speak.

The account was registered under his dad's name.
Caller used the AOL frequently

Its reasonable for the operator to take steps to ensure legitamacy of the caller. Its also reasonable to suspect that the son might be trying to 'get back' at the dad over something.

This video contains a lot of 'emo' talk to get people on his side. There is also a lot of unverified sources who 'support' the callers idea. Were there not a single person like me who felt the questions were legit? Or were just everybody overwhelmed by his emo power.

its the full convo, including where he states to the operator that the account is under his name. The operator even gets mad and goes so far as to make the customer listen to what he has to say :P

NTL in th UK is worse. Tries to cancel my account the other day. Took me over two hours and I was transfered to well over 10 different people. He got through in 15 mins was it? I was put on hold for over half an hour the longest time.
