anyone think that she might have been molested as a kid and the attacker may have used a pickle? i know it sounds fuckin ridiculous but some people are fucked up and will do anything. that could explain her irrational fear. ya'll are just trying to cover up your irrational fears by claiming that they have some trace of "danger" to them. all phobias are irrational, thats why they are called phobias

You people are messed up. I really doubt that she was assaulted with a pickle.

My theory is this:

When Mariah was young, (too young to remember consciously), she got into some pickles and ate way too many. It made her very sick and she probably came close to death. This might have given her nightmares or hallucinations. This traumatized her and so now she subconsciously fears for her life in the presence of pickles.

This is an irrational phobia, she did not tell us why she was afraid and if she was molested with a pickle, she would have said that because it wouldn't be her fault but that's not the case now is it. I remember seeing a program on tv about a woman that was sacred of buttons...that's almost as bizarre as this....but seriously, how can someone be scared of a pickle? It's not exactly going to attack you or hurt you.

it could be she was raped when she was younger and thought the best way to describe the "evidence" was "pickle" so she has a scar for life. think she needs professional help. i feel sorry for her.
