Here's the problem with polive enforcement today:

If the Officer had just shot both of these two guys in the legs and ended it, he would have been sued, fired, and penalized legally.

Kudo's to that cop, i'm against police brutality and all, but if i were in his possition, fighting two suspects who arm themselfs, unwilling to surrender? i'd indeed shoot them in the kneecaps.
