Dude that's nothing, first of all he put his hands in first like a skilled diver, so as he's diving in >0 he penetrates/hits target. After penetration all he has to do once the thing reaches his shoulders is do a single stroke, basically move his hands to his hips and tada it's like putting on a shirt.
