Hahahaha... talk about grasping at straws!

I guess a draft may have to be used to get the numbers of drones required for the impending IRANIAN invasion/ occupation.

He wants to be a ninja. He may sound smart from the interview but he prob has a totaly ass backwards view of reality, and war is no place for a kid like that.

Ha! And with a name like numnums makes you sound really mature...
Anyway, what the hell is the army thinking of? Enlisting someone with mental disabilities? He would only be a liability to everyone around him, no matter how proportional his condition is.

autism has a vast range of disability. Some can be quite normal with small quirks while other are completely lost to reality. This guy is obviously not one of those wheelchair bound drooling freaks. If he wanted to join the army let him the people mad here are his parents who are probably over protective and people who probably don't understand autism at all and just hear mental disorder and think it's wrong.

He seemed way more mature than most of the "normal" people I know of his age. I dont know enough about autism to make a judgement. But he should be able to do what he wants to do. Good story though.

If i wasnt told he was autistic, just from that short film, I wouldnt have guessed it myself. A friend of mine has an autistic child and its decidedly apparent. My only comment here is, if the young man has full use of his facalties, why isnt he good enough to serve his country?
