Yes, this was done during the time the U.S. MKULTRA program was giving it to unsuspecting U.S. citizens. Some commited suicide as they though they were going crazy. Nice job American military.

LSD is a drug that needs to be researched alot more. There is a great documentary called LSD: The Beyond Within. It is available for download at most torrent site like torrentspy.com:

I don't condone the use of LSD. If you don't know what "set and setting" means, do some research about it before deciding, it is a fascinating drug.

Like Guaii said, LSD is a drug that needs to be researched more and maybe adjusted and used differently... afterall, it was developed as 'medicational drugs' for psychiatric-purposes.

But I think it was banned from use after it displayed too many negative side-effects, I'm not sure exactly how that part worked, maybe it shows that in the links Guaii posted.
Can't read those now cause I have to go to College hehe.

I liked the part where the soldier was climbing the tree to feed the birds! Haha. F#cking awesome.

That is not completely true. It was designed by Hofmann, by synthesizing Ergot(mold), for menstal cramps and head aches. I have the DVD, Hoffmann's Potion. It is posted on the torrent sites as well:

Roffles...My family and I had a discussion about the history of drugs like a week ago. My brother metioned that there was a documentary video of Brit. soldiers on LSD. Thanks for finding it people.

LSD truly is a facinating drug. As somewhat of an advocate for its use I must first say, LSD is NOT for everyone. If anyone is thinking of taking this drug please do yourself a favor and follow guaii's advice by researching the drug's effects before you decide to do so! For those of you too stupid not to: GOOD LUCK!!

I believe that for SOME experienced users, LSD can provoke/enhance thought processes and problem-solving abilities that could never be achieved in 'sober' life. That is why i find it very interesting that they tested it on military soldiers.

The problem I see here is that the majority of them are more than likely noobs and dont know what the fuck is going on. Even though the dose was probably a minimal amount.
