^^ agreed with dex.But today body builders are all taking some extra proteins and what not,and some are hooked on roids.But if they want to compete in any serious competitions like Mr.Olympia,Arnold classics....they cant take any drugs cause they get tested all the time.For instance Ronnie is an 8x Mr.Olympia and God knows what not.He gets alllot of fame for being that big.And there for draws attention to him self.And if he was "hooked"he would be risking geting caught and exposed for being an steroid user.And body building back when Arnold was in his glory days was very diffrent then body building now.Back then they dint had any extra dietery suplements,whey fuels.... so that could explain why body builders then where not as big as the ones today.

p.s. to keep his muscles being that big he has to eat 3 lbs of meat for every meal!!!!
