He is a good player one on one, but not on a team. He will never win another championship unless he is paired with another great player like Shaq. Players like Nash and Kidd would win a lot more with the Lakers because they can make the team better. Kobe needs to go play street ball.

Kobe is one of the greatest and my favourite role model and icon in the world. People critisize him for not "making" a team "better", without thinking of the fact than making your teamates any better is not all that counts in greatness but how much passion you have for the game. Kobe is an amazing player and I love him to death. People might noe believe it but he is still learning, and I believe he would be better.

Kobe is a great player but as far as a team player cant hold a candle to Jordan in the Jordan\Pippin era, and Jordan wasn't a cocky bastard, quite the opposite. Jordan+Pippin=Class
