not bad but they should train those officers to fight.... in connecticut there are alot of police stations that teach Kenpo and If you know kenpo you know it is perfect for these situations.

Most police officers have some decent training on self defence, you just dont see videos of the police officers handling a situation well. They just arnt as good as police officers handling them badly.
