Also gotta love those american posts! Again in their own nucleic little world! To say we shouldnt buy Japanese cars because of something that happened decades ago is stupid! It's like saying we shouldn't buy BMWs, Mercedes, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bugattis, Alfa Romeos, Volkswagens and Audis because theyre german and italian and we fought against them in the war!!

Truth is, I doubt there would be an american car that could keep up with those 2 cars around that track, theyre generally built for brute force rather than handling!

(p.s. I apologise to any americans who posted who do have an idea that there is actually a world beyond your borders!)

I appreciate that addition.... I hate domestic cars (U.S.), and why don't we get the good foreign cars?? Silvia, Skyline, Altezza, HONDA Integra.... We get toned down versions that require a sh*tload of aftermarket work to even try to compare to their over-seas equivalent....

u.s. versions are mostly restricted and have lower power its becuase these cars have to comply to u.s. standards before they can be sold there. I like cars whether its american, italian, german, japanese or what ever all of them has good points and bad points just like everything else so this just boils all down to user preference i guess = )

The Silvia, Skyline and Integra are all cars we don't get here in the UK either, although it is a lot easier to import them as we have the same right hand drive configuration as Japan.
