To be honest it sucks. The quality of the video compared to .mpg, .wmv, or .mov is horendous.

The only benifit I can see from using the flash video is a little bit lowered bandwidth usage and a bit more difficult for a user to download to their own system. Aside from that FLASH VIDEO SUCKS.
