weak. I know someone(*wink*wink), who just took 2 gallons of simple green took off the caps and dumped them in a fountain out in front of city hall.

By morning the mountain of suds took over the sidewalk, the parking lane, and 2 of the 4 lanes for traffic. Reaching hightes of over 8 feet by the fountain.

And that person didn't have to carry around w/ them incriminating evidence and pay around $20 for the delivery system.

I've only seen this done to outdoor fountains, and it's pretty cool. I know it's a bitch for the maintence workers to clean up but those kids were having the time of their life when the bubble started spilling over.
