CORAL SPRINGS - An autopsy has been completed on the body of a Coral Springs teen allegedly stabbed by his brother, the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office said today.
Matthew Gorzynski, 14, died from a stab wound in his chest, the autopsy showed, and his death is being treated as a homicide. The Medical Examiner's Office plans to release the boy's body to his family today.
The autopsy report will be complete in the coming days.
William Gorzynkski, 15, appeared in court Tuesday after he was arrested and charged with his brother's slaying. He was briefly reunited with his father and older brother, and all three cried over what the teen's lawyer called an impenetrable tragedy.
"I don't think he even believes it happened," attorney Glenn Roderman said of William Gorzynski, who has been charged with second-degree murder.
Police said Gorzynski stabbed his brother Matthew during an argument Monday about a noisy home computer.
