Perhaps this is an American rehash of a BBC series ... Brits don`t need subtitles for Welsh accents, methinks. I`m not from the UK but I lived there in the mid-90s as a schoolboy and I think I remember this. It was a 5 minute clip at the end of some other show .. maybe The Word, on Friday nights? Oh boy nostalgia ... The husband broke down in tears at one point `cause she almost killed them one time, so there`s a lot more to it than just this. *She*is*terrible*.

i think there should be a limit to how many times people can take the test. like after 3 times you can`t take it anymore for maybe 10 more years. if you didn`t get it the first time how can we trust you with a dangerous weapon
