Awesome movie....but Matthew McConaughey sucks.
Grisham`s first book and IMHO, by far his best.

Haven`t seen this movie, so tell me is trying to prove to everyone in the courtroom that they are prejudice? Are they saying that everyone in the room imagined that a black girl had been tied down a raped?

Just imagine it was someone good like... William Shatner...
or Harvey Dangerfield... Or Dom Deliuese I realise the later two are past but they would have been alive at the time of filming

Santa....
The story line is, an 8 year old black girl was beaten, raped and left for dead as described, (by Kiefer Sutherland and his redneck buddies).
Samuel L jackson is her Dad, and he blows them away on their way to court as they were about to get off on some legal technicalities / racist judge.
The bulk of the movie is Samuel L Jackson`s trial.
Most of the actors in the film did great, even, (surprisingly enough), Sandra Bullock.
Great film but as usual McConaughey managed to insert a certain element of mediocracy.
