for a judge, she sure has a lot of temper tantrums..
you`d expect someone in her position to have some control over her emotions and not let them enter/affect the trial.

ANY judge would`ve flipped out on that woman. actually, a real judge would`ve found her in contempt.

if they weren`t dealing with real cases and people`s lives, I`d feel a bit different..

The accused had no case what so ever. From what I understand, the accused owned a dog that got out of the yard and attacked another dog who was being walked out on the sidewalk or path. It looks like her argument is that the little girl who was walking her dog should have known better than to walk in front of her yard when she apparently knew that the other could get loose.
