Ribeye all the way. I prefer mine cowboy cut where the rib bone is still attached to the steak. Griled on a hot, open fire it`s got the perfect balance of juicy flavorful meat interspersed with crispity, carmalized ribbons of unctuous delicious fat. Porterhouse is a close second but I don`t usually like cooking those myself because the tenderloin half tends to cook at a different rate than the strip loin half.

Also, skirt steak (hacked off from the "plate" section of the critter) is an extremely underrated and HIGHLY delicious cut of meat. As long as you cook it FAST and cook it HOT! Like, really high heat. Then it`s just as tender and as juicy as anything else.

Much cheaper but to me it tastes just as good, especially top sirloin. Perfect for poor college students hankering for some homemade steak.

i learned all this while i worked at a steakhouse but its still neat.

What i found funny were the people who said things like "i dont like new york strips" so i recommend a tbone and they`re like "oh ya i love those" idiots dont know that the main half of a tbone is a new york strip......

Porterhouse > all btw.. then ribeye of course :)

I consider myself easily disgusted and was not queasy or put off one bit. Maybe if you mixed some other parts in the video like intestines and other organs... Very informative though!
