It`s true. Balconies can be extremely hazardous to your health if constructed improperly.

Poorly constructed balconies need to be properly maintained. Otherwise you`ll hurt smokers that are doing their own business outside politely and even socializing.

its hard to tell that everyone is smoking on the balcony, if you take the text out of this commercial it`d be hard to tell that its anti-smoking. this commercial makes me more scared to go on high rise balconies then smoke

I keep reverse back to the point where the balcony falls, its funny. I think he came back in because he has forgot his lighter, or he will smoke at that newly became window.

Only one road to your lungs, no need too tar it guys, it`s choice, if people want to smoke ciggarettes let them, it`s appropriate that smokers should have designated areas for their habit. Smoke all you want just don`t make me breathe in that shit.

Soon there will be little areas fenced off with barbed wire and a machine gun tower at each corner where smokers can go and of course they will be required to have a patch with the picture of a cigarette with a slash over it sewn on each shoulder for identification.
of course anyone caught smoking outside the designated
area will be shot on sight.
