IL-- Bond was set at $100,000 for a college student who allegedly entered women's unlocked flats in his Aurora apartment building -- and touched their legs while they slept.
Quincy Forrester, 19, of the 2800 block of Amli Lane in the far west suburb, is charged with three counts of criminal trespass to a residence, said Paul Darrah, a spokesman for the DuPage County State's Attorney's office. The charge is a felony.
Prosecutors asked Judge Peter Ostling to set bond at $150,000. Ostling set it at $100,000, Darrah said.
Forrester was picked up Sunday after an Illinois state trooper spotted him in the area of the apartment complex, dressed all in black, Darrah said.
Forrester was "acting suspiciously," according to Aurora police.
"The trooper was aware there had been similar incidents" in the area, Darrah said. They occurred on June 16, July 16 and August 7, Aurora police said.
After interviewing Forrester, the trooper called Aurora police. Forrester made statements about touching the women's legs, Darrah said.
He entered unlocked residences in his building, and "would go into the bedroom where the occupants were sleeping and basically just watch the women sleeping," Darrah said.
"Nothing was taken in any of the incidents,'' according to an Aurora Police Department news release. "Police reports indicate that in each incident, the victims woke up when they were touched, and Forrester ran from their apartments."
Forrester is a student at Kishwaukee Community College in Malta, Ill., Darrah said.
