The Lamborghini is the vehicle passing the POS car on the right. In most countries they drive on the the left.

While you are correct that in most countries they drive on the left, if you look closely at the POS you can see that the car itself has tilted to the side as if it had just adjusted direction, additionally you can see that it has it`s blinker on, I think it actually was passing the Lambo.

Not to mention that it`s a dashed white line, which means it`s a two lane one-way street (I`m assuming that`s pretty much international), which makes it irrelevant what side of the street people drive on in that country.

As a side note, most of the world`s commercial traffic is between two points in the USA.

Since there is a dashed white line that means it is a two lane one way street. The clunker might just be swerving cause it`s manned by a terrible driver...or the suspension is non existent.
