^That`s where you`d be wrong. When I first started playing D20 Modern, 2 people in the group are gun/army fanatics (Go to shooting ranges, watch documentaries, army movies, read up on new guns, etc) and they always sighed when I said clip instead of magazine, by the end of it I was saying magazine.

^ Thats because everyone feels so self important when they know something that isn`t common knowledge. Do you think anybody ever corrects somebody for calling generic gelatin "jell-o" ... it happened to me.

People just get to upset over the dumbest things. For example. I like to say, "Did you hear all that lightning last night?" or "Did you see that thunder over there?". You`d be surprised at how many people get upset when you say that, lol.

I only correct people on things like "He borrowed me 5 bucks", not when they ask for a kleenex and say "sorry, that`s a facial tissue!"

And to really blow your minds, you can use clips to reload a magazine.

It always cracks me up when the movies show supposed professionals asking for a clip when they need a magazine.
