neil degrasse is great but I have to disagree with this man. He states that the highest form of evidence is eyewitness evidence? obviously hasn`t seen all the nasa footage. I want neil degrasse to go up to buzz aldrin and tell him ufo is just an outcome of the game telephone. The footage of the hubble telescope > neil degrasse. Does anyone know who came up with the crazy formula that states the possible life forms out there in the universe? neil should stand in-front of the committee for ufo truth and tell them that we don`t have the evidence to support that they are real. He also states that no one comes back with proof that they were abducted? so what happens to all the people who come back with metal balls or some time of material implanted in their skin? and that no one has been able to tell what it is.

Pretty funny. But what about all the government eye witnesses, military, and photos in government archives? What about a brigadier general that has seen craft in hangers and is willing to talk? Most scientists, who I respect, have a massive ego issues. "If it exists, why haven`t I seen it?". As if everyone with some sort of proof would run to a guy like this. Scientists are always trying to discredit each other - why would they stand behind Joe Average with video footage? How would that help their career or professional image? I`d ask this guy many questions, but I don`t give a fuck about what he thinks about UFOs.

Also, he isn`t saying, "If it exists, why haven`t I seen it?" He`s saying, "if it exists, I haven`t seen evidence of it." Similar statement but quite different in meaning.

That`s what I was saying. And you`re saying it again. But video footage is video footage. Photographs are photographs. UFO`s and the government/military/airforce is not a bunch of bullshit.

So a military guy who has no reason to lie is shown some alien bodies recovered from a craft back in the 50`s. He is now petitioning congress to come clean about alien contact on earth with hundreds of other colleagues, and this guy is talking Venus, "brain failures" and opitical illusions?

Neil deGrasse Tyson is an amazing person, but asking him about UFO`s is like asking your doctor for tips on gardening.

Sounds like he has a VERY good reason to lie. People are paying attention to him. And I think it was covered about the people in uniform/badges by Tyson.

The believe in aliens visiting our planet is a stigmatized topic. There are the ones who believe beyond any doubt and there are these who wouldn`t believe even if aliens land in their backyard.
And, to be fair, you can explain both sides with psychological effects.

I think he did not cover the whole eyewitness subject. Of course it`s easy to discredit a single one, but what about say a 100 people all saw the same thing. Dicrediting them is nothing else than what we should try to avoid, ignorance.

So everyone who hasn`t picked his psychological one-way street yet, please do some research, and double check your infos to seperate hoaxes from genuine unexplainable happenings.
