hey hey here, let`s not judge. We`re only seeing a snapshot here. Maybe that dog was attacking someone, or peeing on his boot. There are many reasons to kick a dog, we can`t just assume he`s being bad because he`s the cobra commander...

or maybe he really is just a dick.
