Officer Does Not Like anti-Obama Poster

Is this Racism? If so on whos part? Security Officer or Protestor? So what did really happen to our freedoms? Why can't the "officer of the law" Use proper english? What do you think?

While I`m uncertain as to exactly what the officer might have been able to actually charge these people with, they do have the freedom of speech to express their opinion in poster form, no matter how retarded, ill-informed, or racially biased it is.

They get to keep their poster, along with their stupidity, and the officer is going to have to put up with it for a while until he can find a good enough excuse to take it down.

Fact: He is a security officer, not a police officer. (he can`t charge them with anything)
Fact: It is the protestors right to express his/her opinion.
Question: If it was a poster of Bush or Clinton, whould have anything been said? If no, then why is that not racism?

@DeltaCat: true he`s only a security guard, but that doesn`t mean he can`t detain him under a citizen`s arrest while they call the authorities.

Sure they`re allowed to express themselves, but the right to assembly only applies to public areas of which anyone is allowed access to. In this case, the protester is on school board property and is there for subject to the school board`s rules. Though the school board may not have necessarily told the security guard to specifically key on this poster, he is allowed to use his own discretion (within reason and rational of course).

It comes down to what the property owners support and don`t support. If you don`t like what someone`s doing in your house, you don`t tolerate it and try to make them stop or leave. It`s the same thing here.

DeltaCat you`re one of the most intolerant posters on Spikedhumor, and you had your tongue up Bushes ass the whole time he shredded the constitution, habeas corpus, and the Geneva convention, invaded two countries, and authorized illegal wire taps, and email intrusions of anyone he wanted(including politicians and reporters), fired Washington staff for being democrats, and Cheney started secret assassination squads. You love Prop 8 and can`t stand to see anyone talk badly of republicans or Christians, but one security guard doesn`t like a poster being put up on school property, and NOW our freedoms are gone.

Bush protesters were arrested and beaten just for participating in registered anti-war and impeachment protests on public property, anti-health-care-for-all protesters are allowed to carry guns and hang congressmen in effigy. It seems like things have already improved under your much feared Obama. It`s more like we`ve gone a small in the direction of anarchy(the smallest government) as the "Joker" on the poster would indicate, not the fascist socialism that the text on the poster would imply, but I won`t even try and make sense of what point he was trying to get across

^For your information I voted for Dennis Kucinich(I think that Obama has done instant wonders for our public image, but hasn`t done nearly enough to undo the damage of the Bush administration). ^^He has not increased crap. Funding was just cut on the Abrams Tank project, as well as the dragon skin protective vest for our soldiers, which is Guaranteed to save lives. Oh yea he agreed to fund a Schnook armed division to go up in South Carolina, oh wow! You show me where he has increased defense spending. And yes America is screwed. Anybody that voted for Obama needs to have their skull checked. That was like handing the McDonald fry guy the key to the corporate office. You`re looking at what you WANT to be truth, Funberg posted the truth which is that NEXT year the budget will be HIGHER then it was before. He made the decision to raise the budget so your article from February basically means nothing because he did NOT cut military funding...
